Standard Type Pernmanent Magnet Eddy Current Transmission mainly include the copper rotor,permanent magnet rotor.Generally copper rotor (Steel rotor with copper ring)connect with motor shaft,
permanent magnet rotor (aluminum rotor with permanent magnets)connect with load shaft.There is only a air-gap between copper rotor and permanet magnet rotor without mechanical connection for
transmissing the torque.When the motor rotates,the copper ring of copper rotor cut the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet,generate inductive eddy current and creates a magnetic field in copper rotor,thereby transmitting torque accross the air-gap.Allowed adjust the air-gap within a certain range to achieve the required torque transmission and speed delivery requirements.

标准型永磁涡流联轴器由铜转子、永磁转子二个部分组成。
铜转子(带铜环的钢制转子)与电机
轴连接,永磁转子(带永磁材料的铝制转子)与工作机的轴连接,铜转子和永磁转子之间有空气间隙(称为气隙),没有传递扭矩的机械连接。
在电机转动时,铜转子的铜环上在切割永磁体的磁力线时产生感应涡电流,而感应涡电流的磁场与永磁体的磁场之间的作用力实现了电机与工作机之间的扭矩传递。
可以在一定范围内调整气隙(3~6mm),达到所需的扭矩传递和速度传递要求。
日常维护工作量小,为免维护产品,运行成本低。
允许较大的安装误差(允许最大的对中误差可为5mm、角度误差可为2.5°。
