一、工程内容
Project Content
1、工程名称：宝钢股份特钢事业部锻造厂6000T机组，1#、2#操作机夹紧筒密封更换。
Project name: Change Sealings of Clamping Cylinder in GLAMA Manipulators which belong to Forging Factory of Baosteel Special Steel business Division
2、工程概况
Project Overview:
锻造厂6000T机组于10年15日安装完成后，设备进入生产调试阶段。在调试过程中（2012年1月12日、2012年2月10日）两台操作机的夹紧筒分别发生密封处漏油现象，为保证设备调试工作的正常进行，必须对操作机夹紧筒部位进行解体，并更换密封。
With the completion of installtion, 60MN Open-Die Forging Press was going into Commissioning formally. However, both sealings of Clamping Cylinder in GLAMA Manipulators were damaged during Commissioning which caused large oil leakage respectively (2012-01-12 for Mani A; 2012-02-10 for Mani B). In order to make sure the commissioning can be performed on schedule, we dismantled the Clamping Cylinders, checked and replaced the damaged ones.
3、工程内容
Project Content:
①使用液压千斤顶和枕木对操作机夹紧筒进行垫实、固定
Fixed the Tongs and Clamping Cylinder on the pad with hydraulic jacks and sleepers
②对压力系统进行卸压，进一步确认
Reified system pressure and confirm it
③使用扭力≧1800NM的液压扳手拆除筒体的连接螺栓（M64*200*6)以及油管
Removed the oil pipes and connecting bolts（M64*200*6）with Hydraulic wrench which can reach at least 1800NM
④对夹紧筒前后缸体进行解体分离，检查并更换密封。
Separated the Gear Box form Clamping Cylinder, check and replced the damged ones.
⑤调整加进缸水平度然后对筒体进行组装
Adjusted the levelness of Clamping Cylinder and then connected and plugged Clamping Cylinder into Gear Box .
⑥连接螺栓安装，油管等附件安装
Installed connecting bolts、oil pipes and other accessories
⑦试车调试
Restart manipulator and test it.
二、合同工期
Contract time limit:
2012年1月15日开始至2012年1月20日止，完成B操作机的维修；
From 2012-01-15 to 2012-01-20 Mani B was repaired;
2012年2月11日至2012年2月15日完成A操作机的维修。
From 2012-02-11 to 2012-02-15 Mani A was repaired
三、合同金额
Contract value:
1、按实际发生人工工日进行结算
Clearing form is the actual working days.
2、按每工日200欧元进行核算
200 euros per man-day.
3、实际发生总工日为76.2工日
Actual working days are 76.2 man-days in total.
4、合计总费用为15200欧元（合人民币不含税）
Total cost is Euro 15200 (about RMB)
四、付款方式
Type of payment:
由甲方汇款至乙方单位账号后，乙方开具建安税（3.48%）发票。
Party A should remit money to a designated corporate account, Part B will issue invoice of Build bring tax（3.48%）
