Abstract As for school today, melting with IT to enter the administration teaching to studying, to reach already is one kind of urgent need. Popularizing information science and technology is to improve one very important content of item of quality education , the network technology is that the school condition improving us has the important effect. The network has produced enormous effect per se to the learning process. The network is able to remove a student studying the resource boundary , makes to learn being able to gain information freely in any place. They have expanded the course choice range , the feasible student has been able to look up world everywhere library , an everywhere's the high limit gaining has been update, the knowledge increasing a student faces. The network is destined to may bring the more and more important effect into play in the process of education. At the same time, the network has also become a student , has educated the personnel , parents and society to thin out easier to carry out exchange one kind of intermediary.
