租车协议Car Rent Agreement
出租方（以下简称甲方）：AF Teguh Consultant
Car Owner（hereinafter referred as Party A）:
承租方（以下简称乙方）：
Tenant (hereinafter referred as Party B):
甲乙双方达成以下协议：
Party A and Party B hereby reached the agreement as follows:
1.乙方自愿租用甲方的一辆丰田Vellfire ，排量为
2.4升，为黑色全新车，车牌
号为，未经乙方同意，甲方不得擅自更换车辆。
Party B, at his own free will, agrees to rent One (1) no Vellfire Toyota from Party A, and the rented car shall be brand new with black color and the 2400 CC output emission, car number is ，Party A shall not be allowed to change the agreed rented car without being authorized by the Party B.
2.租期3个日历月，自2014年4月14日起算。
Tenancy period shall be three (3) calendar months, calculated from the date of 14th April 2014.
3.租金：每车每天600马币, 该租金包括车辆在马来西亚及新加坡境内的高速
公路过路费、停车费、海关过关费、路税、保险、维修、燃油、司机工资、加班费等一切费用，除600马币租车费之外，乙方不支付其它任何费用。
Rental: 600RM per day for each car, the rental shall include all the cost, i.e. the motorway road toll, car parking fee, custom pass cost, road tax, car insurance, fuel, driver salary, overtime work fee etc. in Malaysia and Singapore. Except 600RM rental, the Party B shall not pay Party A any other fees.
4.车辆每天工作时间为11小时，若有特殊情况，需向乙方提供加班服务，甲方
必须按照乙方要求提供相应服务，不得以任何理由拒绝，司机食宿自理。
Working hours for the car shall be eleven (11) hours, and for the special requirement required by the Party B, the Party A should provide the service as per the Party B’s requirement,and can’t refuse by any reason. Driver’s
a ccommodation shall be at Party A’s own cost.
5.根据马来西亚法律，乘客不得在车内吸烟和饮食。
With compliance to Malaysia laws, smoking and eating are prohibited in the cars.
6.发生任何情况导致车辆不能使用时，甲方应立即进行更换同等级车辆顶替，
保障乙方正常使用要求。
Upon car breakdown due to any reasons, Party A shall immediately replace with the same standard cars to ensure the normal use as required.
7.任何交通事故的费用及后果由甲方承担。
Party A shall undertake the costs and consequences incurred from accident.
8.付款：从签订合同后，乙方每满一个日历月对甲方进行一次结算，并按结算
额进行支付。
Payment Term: Party B shall make the monthly payment to Party A as agreed in the mutually settled monthly statement after the Agreement signed.
9.甲方司机应能够流利使用英语、汉语和马来语，并熟悉新加坡及马来西亚道
路。在乙方租车期间，甲方司机应听从乙方的安排，甲方的任何延误对乙方造成的损失，乙方将从租车费中进行扣减，扣减不够的由甲方返还。同时，若乙方对甲方司机不满意，甲方应该按照乙方需求立即进行更换。但是，乙方不得违章指挥甲方司机。
The driver provided by Party A shall be able to fluently communicate in English, Chinese and Malay and know well with roads in Singapore and Malaysia. During the tenancy period, Party A shall follow the arrangement made by Party B, and if any losses to Party B caused by the delay from Party A, Party B shall deduct the due amount from rental and Party A shall return the balance to Party B if insufficient deduction from the rent. Meanwhile, if the driver from Party A fails to make Party B satisfied, immediately replacement shall be done as required by Party B. however, Party B shall not direct the driver illegally.
10.乙方有权自行驾车，但乙方驾车过程中出现的交通事故及罚款由乙方承担。
Party B shall remain the right to drive himself, however, shall undertake any incidents and penalty during driving himself.
11.甲方应保证所提供的车辆及司机能够自由来往新加坡与马来西亚。
Party A shall ensure that the provided cars and drivers could freely get access
