2018年中国餐饮市场现状
餐饮行业是一种古老的产业，目前中国的餐饮行业正在蓬勃发展的赵阳行业。

2011年-2017年，中国餐饮业收入呈现增长趋势，2017年销售额达到了39644亿元，同比增长10.7%。
去年，投资餐饮行业的机构主要分布在北京地区，数量占比41%。
上海地区占第二位，数量占比为20%。
深圳占第三位，数量占比为11%。
根据对餐饮行业投融资的数据分析，投资机构对餐饮投资判断不再看传统菜系，而是只看品类，说明餐饮投资格局已完成从菜系到精细化品类的转变。
快餐品类的投资数量占比最高，达到35%，外卖品类的投资数量占据第二位，达到22%。
茶饮类位居第三，达到13%。
面包甜品、西式快餐、中式正餐、火锅品类占比分别为10%、6%、6%、6%。
中国特色餐饮高质量发展特点明显。
餐饮业整体朝着两个方面发展，一是特色、文化餐饮，满足个性化、多元化、社交化的消费需求，二是连锁餐饮零售化、工厂化，满足快速化、便捷化的消费需求。
根据前瞻产业研究院发布的《2018-2023年中国餐饮行业发展前景与投资预测分析报告》的预测显示，在十三五时期末餐饮收入有望超过5万亿元。
