10. PA YMENT:
FULL FREIGHT TO BE PAYABLE INTO OWNERS’ NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 BANKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF LOADING.BS/L MARKED “FREIGHT PREPAID” TO
BE RELEASED UPON RECEIPT OF FREIGHT/DEADFREIGHT/DETENTION IRREVOCABLY TRANSFERRED INTO OWNERS’ NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT.FREIGHT IS DEEMED TO BE EARNED ON COMPLETION OF LOADING AND SHALL BE DISCOUNTLESS AND
NON-RETURNABLE WHETHER SHIP AND/OR CARGO LOST OR NOT.
11. L/S/D IF ANY TBF SHIPPERS/CHTRS ACCT BUT ALWAYS UPTO MASTERS SATISFACTION.

14. OTHER TERMS:
(1)OWNER HAS RIGHT TO REFUSE PARTS OF CARGO THOSE BAGS ARE TORN OR DAMAGED.
(2)OWNS AGENT BENDS.
(3)N.O.R. TO BE TENDERED UPON VSLS ARRIVAL AT BOTH ENDS, WHETHER IN BERTH OR NOT, WHETHER IN PORT OR NOT, WHETHER FREE PRATIQUE OR NOT, WHETHER CUSTOM CLEARANCE OR NOT.
(4)CONGEN BS/L TO BE USED,CARGO QTY ON BS/L TO BE DETERMINED BY SHIPPERS.
(5)OVERAGE PREMIUM FOR OWNERS ACCT.
(6)OWNS / MASTER WILL GIVE ETA NOTICE5/3/2/1 AND 6 HRS BOTH ENDS.
(7) AS CARGO ON FREE IN/OUT STOWED BASIS, OWNS TO HOLD CHTRS/SHIPPERS/
RCVRS/STEVEDORES RESPONSIBLE FOR STEVEDORES DAMAGE TO SHIP.
(8) CHTRS WILL TAKE SPECIAL CARE TO ENSURE NO DAMAGE OCCURS DURING OPERATION.
(9)CHTRS OR RCVRS SHALL PAY USD 10,000 TO OWNERS IN CASE THAT THEY CHANGE DISCHARGE PORT OTHER THAN NAMPO STIPULATED IN C/P
(10) IF THE ORIGINAL BS/L IS NOT AVAILABLE AT DISPORT THE OWNS SHOULD DISCHARG THE CGO AGAINST CHTRS SINGLE LOI ACCORDING TO ONWER P&I WORDING AND COPY BS/L.DELY THE CARGO BSS ORIG BS/L ONLY.
(11)AFTER COMPLETING LOADING, SHIPPER SHALL SEAL CARGO HOLDS UNDER PRESENCE
