2. Assignment. Subject to the License Rights, A hereby sells, assigns, transfers and conveys to B all of A's interest in, and rights under, the agreement and all rights, title and interest in and to the Patent Rights and Related Technology, whether now existing or hereafter arising. including all inventions, invention disclosures and discoveries described in any of the Patent Rights; all rights to apply in any or all countries of the world for patents, certificates of invention or other governmental grants or issuances of any type related to any of the Patent Rights and the inventions, invention disclosures and discoveries therein;转让。
