本合同由买卖双方根据以下合同条款所订立。
This contract is made by and between the Buyers and Sellers，whereby the Buyers agree to
Buy and the Sellers agree to sell the under mentioned commodity according to the terms and
conditions stipulated below：

3. 包装Packing：
必须采用坚固的适合长途空运或陆运防潮、防震、防锈、耐粗暴搬运的包装，由于包装不良所发生的损失及由于未采用充分或不妥善的防护措施而造成的任何锈损，卖方承担由此产生的一切费用或损失。卖方需出有关包装证明，证明该包装材料非针叶树种。
如果包装为木箱包装，则木质包装需经过热处理并在包装上加贴IPPC标志。
To be packed in strong wooden cases or cartons suitable for long distance parcel post／air freight
transportation to change of climate，well protected against dampness，moisture，shocks rust and
rough handling. The Sellers shall be liable for any damage to the goods on account of improper
packing and for any rust damage attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures
taken by the Sellers，and in such cases and all losses and or expenses incur in consequence there
of shall be by the Sellers. The package should be made of non-coniferous material and/or the wood package have been treated by high temperature by local organization and marked IPPC
label on package.
4．唛头Shipping Mark：
卖方应在每件包装上用不褪色油墨刷写货物名称、件号、尺寸、重量、毛重、净重、此端向上、小心轻放、切勿受潮、等字样并刷有下列唛头：

8．付款条款Payment Terms：
8．1 All payments to be made by the Buyer to the Seller under the Contract shall be made
through the Buyer's bank to the Seller’s bank and all payments to be made by the Buyer，if any，shall be made through the Seller's bank to the Buyer’s bank．All documents relative to the
aforesaid payments shall be submitted through the respective banks．
8．2 In case the Seller shall pay liquidated damage／compensation to the Buyer，the Buyer
shall have the right to deduct such 1iquidated damage／compensation from any payment，which
the Buyer shall make to the Seller．
8．3 The total price under the contract shall be paid by the Buyer to the seller according to
the following terms and conditions：
100% contract value shall be paid by the Buyer to the Seller by T/T within 5 work days after
signed the contract.
100%合同金额于卖方发货前5个工作日内由买方以电汇支付给卖方。

9．装运单据Shipping documents
卖方应于发货后7个工作日内将以下单据以特快专递的方式邮寄买方：（1）全套清洁无疵，注明“运费预付”，空白抬头、空白背书和通知目的地港“已装船”的海运提单；（2）正本发票一式5份（注明合同号和唛头）；（3）正本装箱单一式5 份（注明毛重净重, 尺码和货物每项名称,数量, 合同号, 唛头）；（4）由制造商出具的品质和数量证明书正本各两份；（5）由制造厂出据的原产地证一份；（6）由制造商出具的证明文件一份证明包装原料非木质包装或证明该木质包装已经过加热除害处理并在木质包装上加贴IPPC标志;（7）通知买方已装船的电报抄件一份。
The Sellers should present the following documents to Buyer by EMS within 7 work days after ship the goods：
(1) Full set of “Clean on Board”Ocean Bill of Lading in original marked “FREIGHT PREPAID”and made out to order, blank endorsed and notifying the Buyer；
(2) Invoice in 5 originals，indicating the contract No. and shipping mark；
(3) Packing list in 5 originals, indicating gross and net weights，measurements，
commodity，quantity of each container，contract No．and shipping mark．
(4) Certificate of Quality and Quantity／Weight in 2 originals issued by the manufacture.
(5) Certificate of Origin in 1 original issued by manufacturers or local organization．
(6) One original certificate issued by the manufacturer certifying that the material of package is
