CONLAND accepts to protect the following customer:

In case of direct inquiry by the customer,or through third companies for the above-mentioned customer,CONLAND is obliged to protect the commercial interests of .In this case,CONLAND will instruct them to contact directly at their address indicated above.

,on the other hand,is also obliged to inform periodically CONLAND about the results of the negotiations with these customers.

Termination:

1.This agreement is automatically canceled if cannot reach 80% of predict annual demand over a period of 12 consecutive months after the customer has been awarded with the marketing authorization for the product produced with the API in reference.

2.Otherwise,this agreement is valid during a period of 36 months from the signature day and will automatically be renewed for 12 months if not terminated in written from 6 months prior to expiry date.
