2 干切削加工技术的发展趋势及国内外的研究现状
摘要:文章基于绿色制造技术,介绍了干切削刀具材料的特性,工件材料的特点,和机床的优化设计的机理,准干切削的原理,讨论了切削用量与刀具的参数关系,及先进切削工艺的应用。文章综合国内外的研究进展论述了切削机理和相关先进技术的发展状况,有益于加速我国在干切削加工技术方面的实施.及发展,同时对先进绿色制造技术体系和金属切削理论的发展有着深远意义。
关键词:绿色制造;干切削;切削工艺;准干切削 Abstract:This article based on Green Manufacturing ,introduced the properties of dry cutting tools,the feature of parts materials,the optimized design of machine tools,the principles of near dry cutting,and discussed the connection between cutting parameters and tool parameters,also the application of advanced cutting technologies.Integrating research progress at home and abroad ,this article discussed the cutting theory and advanced technology development,contributed to accelerating China's implementation and development of dry machining technology , and had far-reaching significance for advanced green manufacturing technology systems and development of the theory of metal cutting.
