一、本合同为中华人民共和国科学技术部印制的技术服务合同示范文本，各技术合同登记机构可推介技术合同当事人参照使用。
二、本合同书适用于一方当事人(乙方)以技术知识为另一方(甲方)解决特定技术问题所订立的合同。
三、签约一方为多个当事人的，可按各自在合同关系中的作用等，在“甲方”、“乙方”项下(增页)分别排列为共同委托人或共同受托人。
四、本合同书未尽事项，可由当事人附页另行约定补充协议，并作为本合同的组成部分。
五、当事人使用本合同书时约定无需填写的条款，应在该条款处注明“无”等字样。
六、合同条款中的蓝色标注为选项，做出选择后应当删除未选择的部分。
七、如有必要，可另行签订保密协议。

根据《中华人民共和国合同法》规定，为明确甲乙双方的权利、义务和经济责任，双方本着平等互利的原则，经友好协商，订立本合同并达成以下协议及条款:
一、合同范围
乙方为甲方提供CDMA移动执法车监控系统和与系统相关联的所有硬件、软件
提供保质期外的检修保养服务。
二、主要内容
(一)系统中设备的故障响应。
故障响应:乙方在接到甲方电话或书面的检修通知后，必须指定技术人员
市区2小时、市区以外5小时内到达故障现场。
(二)系统中设备损坏后的修复和更换。
故障修复:后端软件平台3小时内修复、执法车前端设备4小时内修复、
重大事故(执法车不能正常工作)24小时内修复(以上时间均包括响应时
间在内)。修复后必须由甲方相关人员确认。
设备更换:在故障现场不能修复的设备，乙方为了应急修复所用的设备在
征得甲方同意后方可更换，相关费用与甲方另行结算，更换后的损坏件应
交由甲方查验。甲方若需更换相关设备及其配件，事先要与乙方技术人员
沟通确认无异议后方可进行更换，乙方有义务对甲方错误进行指正。
(三)系统保养和维护。
执法车摄像机保养:乙方至少贰月1次对摄像机表面进行清洁、除垢，时
间为每月的15号，遇雨天或周末等顺延。
执法车主要设备保养:乙方至少贰月1次对执法车主要设备进行详细检测，
时间为每月的15号，遇雨天或周末等顺延。
系统保养:乙方至少每半年各进行壹次对执法车系统进行全面的检测保养，
时间为每年4月和9月的第一个星期。
