In no event shall the Seller be liable for indirect or consequential damagers. Claims in report of matters within the scope of responsibility of the insurance company , shipping company , transportation organization and/or post office will not be entertained by the Sellers. 12. 不可抗力：如由于自然灾害、战争或其他不可抗力的原因致使卖方对本确认书项下的货 物不能装运或迟延装运，卖方对此不负任何责任。但卖方应立即 通知买方并于 15 天内一航空挂号函件寄给买方由中国国际贸易促 进委员会出其的证明发生此类事件的证明书。 FORCE MAJEURE: The Seller shall not be held liable for non-delivery or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods hereunder by reason of natural disasters, war or other causes of Force Majored. However, the Seller shall notify the Buyer as soon as possible and furnish the Buyer within 15 days by registered airmail with a certificate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade attesting such event(s). 13. 仲裁：凡因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有关的一切争议应通过友好协商解决，如果协 商无法解决，争议应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会根据其仲裁 规则进行仲裁。仲裁地点在上海。仲裁裁决是终局的。对双方都有 约束力。 ARBITRATION: All disputes arising out of the performance of, or relating to this contract, shall be settled amicably through negotiations. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiations, the case shall then be
