——使用正式的法律用词
The Appendix hereto shall, through the contract period, be deemed (被认为) to be construed (理解)as part of this Contract. 整个合同期间，本合同的附件应被视为合同的一部分予以解释。

Construction 比explanation 要正式。

?进行英文合同文件起草时，在用词上不但要求准确，而且要求简洁。?英语中某些副词如“here”和“where”在法律文件中往往当作前缀，与另外一个词构成一个正式法律词汇中的副词，在法律文件中用这些词，可以避免重复，使行文准确、简洁。

主句中状语的位置
?一般应放在shall, may等情态助动词之后，行为动词之前。
