Arbitration: Any or all disputes arising from in connection with the performance of the contract shall be s ettled through negotiation by both parties. In cases no settlement can be reached, the case under dispute shall then be submitted for arbitration to the Foreign Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The arbitration award China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in accordance with the provision of the said commission. The attrition award shall be final and binding upon both Buyers and Sellers. Unless otherwise awarded by the said attrition commission, the arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party.
Inspection: The Certificate of Quality &Quantity issued by CIQ shall be final.
