Inordertoguaranteetheinterestsoftheschoolandtheforeignt eacherandfacilitatethesmoothdevelopmentofteachingandtheforei gnteacher’ssafeandorderlylife,weclarifyourrespectiverespons ibilityfurtherandaddadditionaltermslistedasfollows:Partya:Pa rtyb:
1,therentedaccommodationisonlyfortheteacher.Theforeign teachershouldn’tallowotherstoliveintheapartmentinorder toavoidaccidents.
2,duringthework,theforeignteachershouldhavethecivilized wordsanddeedsandwon’tdevelopanyimproperfriendshiporrelation ship(suchaslove,etc.)withstudents.
3,theforeignteacherwillbearthecostofutilities(suchaswat erbill)andInternetflowfee(90yuanpermonth).Theschoolisonly responsiblefortheaccommodationexpenses,notincludingothe rlivingexpenses.
AstheforeignteacherfirstcomestoBeijing,heisnotfamiliarw ithalotofthings.Toshowhumanisticcare,theschoolhaspaidthepowe rbill(600yuanfor1200degrees).ByNovember30,iftheactual consumptionpowernumberismorethan1200degrees,theforeignt
eachershouldpaytherest.Iftheforeignteachercontinuestoteachin CuiWeimiddleschool,theschoolwillbearthecostof200degreespermo nth,buttheexcesspartisbornebytheforeignteacher.Theschoolhasi nstalledthebroadbandnetworkandtheforeign
teachershouldburdenInternetflowfee(about90yuan)everymon th.Sotheforeignteacherwillpay270yuanforthecostof3months.
4,theforeignteachersha llobservetheschool’sworksysteman dregulationsconcerningadministrationofsubjectteacherssuchasj obduties,classroomnorms,workdiscipline,schoolgroupactivities .Also,theforeignteachershallcompletethetasksagreedonschedule andguaranteethequalityofwork.Atthesametime,theschoolwillalso ensurehiscorrespondingwelfare.
