Please arrange your job handover before your departure. Upon completion of exit procedures, the Company will process your dismissal and arrange your last payment. 请您在离职前办理工作交接手续。只有完成公司规定的离职手续后,公司才会办理离职手续并安排您最后一笔的薪酬支付。
本协议签订后,双方再无任何争议,员工不得对公司提出任何其他权利主张。
After signing the contract, there will be no disagreement for both parties, you should not require any other situation from company.
The agreement is in two copies of the same form, each party holds one. Both copies equally valid. 注:本劳动合同解除协议一式两份,公司与你各持一份,具有同等效力。
