第十二条合同争议的解决方式
本合同在履行过程中发生的争议，由双方当事人协商解决；也可由当地工商行政管理部门调解；协商或调解不成的，按下列第____种方式解决：
1.提交________仲裁委员会仲裁；
2.依法向人民法院起诉。
第十三条其他
本合同自____年____月____日起生效，合同履行期内，当事人双方均不得随意变更或者解除合同。合同如有未尽事宜，须经双方共同协商，作出补充规定，补充规定与本合同具有同等效力。
本合同正本一式两份，双方各执一份；合同副本一式____份，________各留存1份。

Article 12 Dispute resolution to the contract
The disputes arising thereof during the performance of this contract shall be settled by the parties through consultation, or reconciled by the local industrial and commercial administrative department, if the consultation or reconciliation fails, the dispute shall be settled as the following ____ methods :
1. Submit to the _______ Arbitration Commission for arbitration;
2. Start legal proceedings with a people's court according to law.
Article 13 Miscellaneous Provisions
The contract shall take effect from the date of ______, during the performance,neither party may arbitrarily modify or rescind the contract.
Other affairs thereof not included in the contract,supplementary agreement may be concluded through friendly consultation,supplementary agreement shall have the same effect as the contract.
