基于数字化校园建设信息管理系统的设计与实现

摘 要

基于数字化校园的信息化管理系统具有操作方便、灵活、能够改善用户操作的复杂性、降低用户工作量、提高办公效率和提高数据准确性等优点,同时提高了信息系统的安全性,方便系统管理者对于软件及数据库的维护,加快和高等院校对于信息化建设的脚步。

本文详细介绍了数字化校园信息管理系统建设的总体规划、架构设计、数据整合、项目管理、项目实施以及后期维护。以实现统一的用户管理、资源管理和权限控制;实现资源的有效配置和充分利用;实现校务管理和后勤服务过程的优化、协调。在传统校园的基础上,构建一个数字空间以提升传统校园的信息化程度、拓展信息的利用率和使用空间维度,并创造新的教育和工作模式,最终实现教育过程的全面信息化。
