Thank you for your fax repeating your order of March 5, 2016 for 2,000 all cotton bed-sheets.
Although the prevailing price is somewhat higher, we will accept the order on the same terms as before with the view of encouraging business.
As requested in your previous fax,we have made out our Sales Confirmation No. 200 in duplicate and shall appreciate your sending back one copy duly countersigned.
We are glad to know that a letter of credit will be established in our favor immediately.However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the stipulations in the relative credit should strictly conform to the terms in your Sales Confirmation in order to avoid subsequent amendments.
We appreciate your cooperation and trust that the shipment which is to be dispatched after receipt of the relative letter of credit will turn out to your entire satisfaction.

This Sales Contract is made by and between the Sellers and Buyers whereby the Sellers agree to sell and the Buyers agree to buy the under-mentioned goods according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:

5.Shipping Mark: At Sellers’ Option
6.Insurance: To be covered by the Sellers for 10% of the invoice value as per the relevant Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses and free from particular average (FPA).If other coverage or an additional amount is required, the Buyers must have the consent of the Sellers before shipment, and the additional premium is to be borne by the Buyers.

9.Time of Shipment: During April allowing partial shipments and transhipment
10.Terms and Payment: The Buyers shall open with a bank acceptable to the
Sellers an Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit to reach the Sellers 30 days before the month of shipment, valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the month of shipment.
