The Buyer shall T/T (telegraphic transfer ) the100%of the total contract priceto the Sellerafter this contract come into forcebut before shipment of parts from Seller’s facility.合同生效后且在卖方工厂发运前买方应向卖方电汇合同总价100%的款项。
D.Certificate of Quality in one original and two copies issued the manufacturer.由制造商出具的质量证明1份正2份副本
E.If the goods is packed in wooden crate, the wood crate should be heat treated and stamped with a IPPC mark. If the goods is packed with non-wooden material, the seller should issue a non-wooden certificate for it.如果货物是木质包装，木箱应经过热处理并印有IPPC标志；如果货物是非木质包装，卖方应出具非木质包装证明。
9. Insurance保险
Insurance shall be covered by theBuyer.买方应承担货物保险。
