甲、乙双方在自愿、平等、互利的基础上，经协商一致,就乙方承租甲方物业事宜,订立本合同。 Haｖinｇ reached unａnimiｔy thrｏugh consulｔatｉｏｎs, Party A ａnd Pａrty B, ｏn thｅ ｂａｓis of voluntariｎｅｓs, eｑuａlity ａｎd mutｕal benefiｔ， havｅ enｔered iｎto this Contraｃt in ｒespect of Pａrtｙ A leasｉｎｇ ｔhe Premises ｔo Pａrty B.
一、租赁物业 Lｅaseｄ Preｍｉsｅs

二、租赁期 Lｅaｓing Term

三、租金及保证金 Rｅntal aｎd Deposｉｔ

收取租金时,房东的银行所收的手续费由房东支付。 ﻩﻩThe remiｔｔａnce ｆｅe charged by the Ｌandlｏrd's bank for ｒeceｉｖing should be ｐaｉd by the Lａnｄｌord.
四、出租人的责任 Lａndｌorｄ’ｓ Responsｉbｉlｉtieｓ
4．1 甲方须按时将出租物业及家具电器(见附件一)以良好的状态交付给乙方使用。 Ｐartｙ Ａ shoｕld dｅlivｅr oｎ scheduｌe thｅ leasｅd property and the furniｔure anｄ applianceｓ (refeｒ tｏ Aｐpｅnｄiｘ Ｉ) in good cｏnｄiｔｉon ｔｏ Party Ｂ.
