摘 要

智能建筑的“智能化”是指在建筑物内进行信息管理和信息综合利用的能力。它是随着现代计算机技术、现代控制技术、现代通信技术、现代图形显示技术的发展而发展起来的一种完美建筑。由于其在舒适性、快捷性、安全性上的技术优势,当今社会兴起了智能建筑建设热潮。

本文首先阐述了智能建筑的概念、建设目标和个系统功能描述。然后,论文通过对潍坊某酒店的研究着重于分析讨论智能楼宇监控系统,特别是深入地分析了各监控系统的控制原理,以及各监控系统功能的实现,在此基础上,论文描述了上述各监控系统的具体设计。首先,论文根据潍坊某酒店需要设计出系统需求,然后选择相应的技术并规划系统所应具备的功能,接着选择厂家和产品,最后整理出系统所需设备。

本文还介绍了智能建筑系统的硬件和软件,重点介绍了EBI系统、直接数字控制器(DDC)和末端设备,并特别分析了各系统软件的功能。论文最后为对智能楼宇监控系统的分析研究的总结,并由此以小见大,对智能建筑做了前景展望。

ABSTRACT

“The intelligentization” of intelligent buildings means the capabilities of information

management and information utilization in the buildings.It is a kind of perfect construction

which develops with modern computer technology, modern control technology, modern

communication technology, modern graphics technology. Due to its technical superiority

in the term of comfort ,agility and security ,intelligent buildings are in the making in

modern society.

This thesis firstly described the concept , building goals and every system function of

intelligent buildings .Then ,by the research in one hotel in Weifang city ,the thesis focused

on discussion of intelligent building control system, particularly the analysis of the

monitoring system control theory in depth ,and the realization of the monitoring system

functions .On that basis, the thesis described the specific design of monitoring system

above.Firstly,the thesis designed the system requirements according to the need of the

hotel in Weifang .After that ,I selected the corresponding technology and planned the

function in the system , then selected the manufacturers and products, and finally sorted

out the system requirements for equipment and funding.

This thesis also introduced the hardware and software of the intelligent building

systems, which focused on the EBI system, direct digital control (DDC) and the terminal

equipment, and analyzed the function of every system software in particular .Finally ,the

thesis concluded the analysis and research of the intelligent building control system, from

one small clue, one can see what is coming,and looked into the future of intelligent

buildings.
