⏹Translation of the contract

⏹Party A further unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to

indemnify Party B against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, charges and expenses of whatever nature which may result or which Party B may incur or sustain directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with the Guarantee and to repay to Party B immediately all amount paid by Party B in connection with said Guarantee, together with all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees if permitted by law, which may be incurred by way of legal proceedings or otherwise.

Translation of the sentences

1. We Shall appreciate it if you will effect shipment as soon as possible, thus enabling our buyers to catch the brisk demand at the start of season.
