第三次 外界因素对细菌的影响与细菌的变异
1. 热力灭菌（高压、干烤），紫外线杀菌作用（操作） 2. 碘酒酒精对皮肤的消毒作用，空气细菌培养（每室一套） 3. 药敏试验（操作，抗生素对细菌作用及耐药变异） 4. 观察噬菌体的特异溶菌现象，变形杆菌的迁徙现象及对照 5. 接种脓汁标本接种血平板（每组一个，下次实验用）
