● 本说明书是针对多个型号和物号的抽气速关阀产品而编写,用户在使用说明书时,必须完全熟悉产品的型号和物号,然后对应自己的产品。
1.2 开箱检查● 用户在开箱后,首先应检查文件资料、产品标牌、合格证上所列型号、规格及技术参数是否与订货合同一致,名称、数量与实物是否相符。
● 检查外观表面有无磕碰、划痕,所配零部件有无损伤。

2.安装规范2.1抽气速关阀的就位● 本抽气速关阀应水平安装在管道上,四周应留有一定的空间,以方便操作和维修。
● 安装时应确认汽体的流向,不得装反。
2.2管道的安装● 所有管道连接前,应确认所有管件均已清洗合格。
● 抽气速关阀在与蒸汽管道连接前,应仔细检查止回阀,阀体内不得留有任何杂物。
● 各管接头应在调试前充分拧紧,不得有任何渗漏现象出现。
2.3 结构图和外形图3.操作规程3.1开启抽汽状态● 首先检查信号油压力是否在0.6-0.8MPa之间。
● 应确认电磁阀是在带电还是失电状态下油路导通。
● 如果电磁阀是在带电状态下油路导通,则在抽汽前,必须先使电磁阀带电,压力油进入辅助滑阀P口, 由于K口的油压作用,使辅助滑阀P口与B口导通进入油缸下腔,油缸活塞克服弹簧的作用力,向上运动,此时使止回阀内的压杆向上翻转, 当油缸到达最高点时,此时碰到上位的行程开关输出到位信号。
从而达到止回阀的阀瓣能在蒸汽压力的推动下自由打开。
● 如果电磁阀是在失电状态下油路导通,其油缸执行机构的工作与上相同。
(注:抽汽前,必须先确认油缸在最高端,即阀杆升至顶端)。
3.2关闭抽汽状态● 当需要关闭抽汽速关阀时, 如果电磁阀是在带电状态下油路导通,则将电磁阀失电, 使辅助滑阀K失压,切断了辅助滑阀P与B口的通路。
同时油缸下腔的压力油通过辅助滑阀大通径的T口迅速排油释压,此时油缸活塞在油缸内的弹簧力作用下迅速下移, 带动止回阀内压杆迫使止回阀的阀瓣在瞬间关闭。
当油缸到达最低点时,此时碰到下位的行程开关输出到位信号。
3.3原理图4.维护指南4.1在汽轮机正常运行时,油缸的执行机构应充分外露散热,不能将其用隔热层或外壳包裹。
4.2在抽汽过程中,不能发生阀体的明显抖动。
4.3建议用户运行两、三年后,对油缸的执行机构进行一次全面的清洗和更换密封件。

可以看出油质的不干净是造成故障的主要原因。
所以在管道清洗和安装中应引起高度重视。

Operate regulations3.1 Open extraction steam state● First check signal oil’s pressure is at 0.6-0.8MPa or not● make sure oil path’s communicate is under solenoid valve state of electriferous or dis- electriferous● if oil path’s communicate is under solenoid valve state of electriferous.Before extraction steam,first make solenoid valve at electriferous state,pressure oil enter into assistant slide valve’s p gob,because the effect of K gob’s oil pressure,assistant slide valve’s P gob is communicate with B gob,then enter into oil cylinder’s down antrum.oil cylinder’s piston overcome spring force,move to upside.at this time check valve’s strut overturn to upside,when oil cylinder reach to vertex,at this time come into contact with limit switch,have place signal input.then check valve’s disc can open freely under steam pressure’s thrust..● if oil path’s communicate is under solenoid valve state of dis-electriferous,oil cylinder execute structure’s working is the same as above.(note :Before extraction steam,make sure oil cylinder at the tiptop,it is to say valve rod rise to top.)3.2 Close extraction steam state● When need to close extraction steam trip valve, if oil path’s communicate is under solenoid valve state of electriferous,make solenoid valve at dis-electriferous state,assistant slide valve is lose pressure,the path of assistant slide valve from P to B gob is cut off.pressure oil of oil cylinder’s down antrum quickly exhause pressure by assistant slide valve’s Tgob,at this time oil cylinder’s piston quickly move downward under spring force’s effect,then it bring along strut,check valve’s disc close instant. when cylinder reach to rock bottom,at this time come into contact with limit switch,have place signal input3.3 Principle diagramQuick check valve(hydraulic) Maintenance manual4.
