一、启动
startup encendimiento
1、启动前，测量电机绕组对地绝缘电阻，其值不应低于40Ω。

The motor windings insulation to ensure lower than 40Ωwith a megohmmeter before startup.
El aislamiento de windings no debe ser menos de 40Ωcuando la encienda.
2、电机可以直接起动，一般采用降压气动，起动前先关闭出口阀门，（但不用全部关死）正常运转后再将阀门缓缓打开，并调整开度，以达到合理的工作压力和工作电流。

Within the power capacity allowance,directly startup the pump.Generally,voltage needd to be reduce low by switch board before startup.The capacity of matching control switchboard should be in conformity with the motor power .Close the valve before pump startup (not completed closed) and slowly open the valve when operation is normal,adjust it to the appropriate open angle to meet the reasonableworking current and working ressure.
Dentro de la capacidad de potencia,directamente encienda la bomba,generalmnente, el voltage necesita reducirse bajo por el control de interruptor antes de encendimiento.cierra la válvula antes de que encienda la bomba(pero no completamente cerrada),y abra suavemente la válvula cuando la operación es normal,ajusta la válvula al ángulo conveniente para satisfacer la normal corriente y tensión del trabajo. 二、停机
Shutdown
apagamiento
1、停机后如需重新起动，必须在15分钟后进行，以防电机内温度过高。

In case the pump needs to restarted up after shutdown,the operation must be in implemented 15 minutes later,in doder to avoid too high temperature in motor inside.
Si necesita el re-encendemiento después del apagamiento,debe encenderlo después de 15 minutos evitando la excesiva temperatura del interior del motor.
三、运行和维护
operation and maintenation
Operación y ,mantenimiento
1、电泵刚开始运行时，特别注意加强监护、检查，如无异常现象方可正式投入运转。

Special attention shall be given to the pump¡¯s guardian and inspection in the period not long after it¡¯s started up.The pump can be put into opertion only when nothing abnomal occurs.
Cuando la bomba eléctrica inicia a funcionar,la proteciona y inspecciona cuidadosamente,si no hay anormal,se podrá funcionar.
2、每8小时应全面检查一次，注意电流和压力表的指示值是否有显著变化，运转是否平稳，有无噪音，特别注意电机正常工作时电机不应大于电机铭牌上规定的额定值。

Implement a thorough inspection every hours.check if the value display of ampere meter and voltmeter have an obvious change.and check the pump for successfully operation and the noise. Ensure that the motor¡¯s ormal operation current doesn¡¯t exceed the rated value stipulate on its Nameplate. Inspecciona cada 8 horas,chequea si la lectura de amperio y voltaje tienen cambios notables, y chequea si funciona establemente y si hay ruidos, confirma que la corriente de operación normal del motor no excede el valor nominal de la marca de máquina.
3、每星期或半个月停车测量一次电机的绝缘电阻值不应低于0.5Ω(断电后马上测量）Check the motor insulation resistance when shutdown everyweek or half 1week.Ensure it’s not lower than 0.5Ω(implement the check immediaely after shut down) chequea el aislamiento del motor cuando la parada cada semana o medio mes,confirma que no menos que 0.5Ω(chequea immediatamente después de la parada.)
4、如有下列情况应立即停止运行
The pump shall be shut down immediately if any dependability
La bomba tiene que parar immediatamente si hay cualquier dependabilidad.
a.泵的工作状态没有改变，电压为额定值，而电流大于额定值10％。

The pump keeps good wording condition under the rated value.
La bomba mantiene la condición buena bajo el valor nominal
b.在额定扬程下流量降低20％。

The capacity is noticed to decrease by 20% under the rated.
La capacidad is disminuido por 20% BAJO el valor nominal
c.绝缘电阻低于0.5Ω。

The in sulation resistance is lower than 0.5Ω.
El resistencia de aislamiento is menos que 0.5Ω.
d.动水位下降至泵的吸入口。

The dynamic sea water fa lls to the pump’s inlet level.
El agua del mar dinámico baja hasta el nivel de entrada de bomba.
e.输水管有显示震动，并有轰隆的噪音。

Obvious vibration and loud noise are noticed to the water duct.
Hay vibración y ruido en conducto de agua
f.系统压力不足。

The system voltage is not sufficient.
El sistema de voltaje no es suficiente。
