Working Principles：The rotor of rotary flake vacuum pump is installed eccentrically in the pump, tangent with the inside wall of the pump. There are two rotary flakes in the rotor, which can glide to-and-fro along the diameter and always touch the inside wall of the pump while the rotor is revolving. In that case, they are able to divide the cavity ofthe pump to be several changeable parts. With the circumvolving of the rotor, the pump can gradually enlarge the cubage of the entrance for gas periodically, and meanwhile compress that of the vent to discharge gas. Under these circumstances, we can achieve the purpose of eliciting gas and acquiring vacuum.IV. Instruction of Structure：This set consists of the components like vacuum pump, oil box, gas valve, shaft coupling, motor and base. The oil box is placed on the outer of the pump, which has the oil up to the oil midline. The gas valve is installed on the top of the oil box or in the side of base.The vacuum pump consists of the accessories such as pump body, front and back cover, rotor and rotary flake. The rotor axis is supported by the rolling axletree, the top of which is sealed with framework oil. All the combining parts are sealed with even sealant so as to avoid the infiltration of air.V．Installation, Usage and Maintenance：i．Installation and Usage:A. The vacuum pump should be installed in clean and dry place, with solid foundation and sanitary environment. The room temperature ought to bebetween 10℃to 40℃.B. Before the installation, you’d better make sure that the accessories are all ready, the bolts and nails are tight.C. Inject clean 64# vacuum oil to the midline of the oil marker in the oil box.D. Connect the entrance pipe for gas, and pay attention that the connection surface should be even and lubricous, with no defects like burrs or bruise, so as to avoid gas-leaking. The entrance pipe for gas should not be too long.E. Operate the machine after all the checking. When the pump is workingproperly, the temperature of oil should be below 50℃. If there is abnormal sound or sudden rise of temperature, you should stop the pump and check the reasons.F. If the entrance for gas is suddenly exposed in air, you should stop the pumpimmediately to avoid oil-ejection.G. Close the entrance valve before ending the work, and then stop the pump. ii、Maintenance：A、Often examine the oil marker during the daily use. The vacuum oil should stay in the midline of the oil marker. If it is too low, the vacuum oil should be supplied promptly.B、The vacuum oil should be changed every six months (according to the specific time of usage), and clean the oil box during the process of changing.C、The accessories of the pump are quite delicate and the clearance is fairly small. So, unless necessary, you’d better not disassemble by yourself. If the capabilities are decreased and repairing is needed, you should ask the experienced technicians to operate.D、Seal the entrance for gas with plug when not in use.
