6-1、概述 一、空气冷却器的定义及优点
空气冷却器简称空冷器，是20世纪40年代发展起来的用空气冷 却管内工艺流体的冷却设备。
目前已基本取代了传统的水冷却器。在炼油厂和石油化工厂的冷换 设备中，空气冷却器成为不可或缺的一类设备。其应用范围包含了塔顶 油气冷凝到汽油、柴油冷却的各种不同工况。在化学工业、电力、冶金、 原子能等行业，空气冷却器也有着广泛的应用。
（3）按冷却方式分类： • 干式空冷器——以空气作为冷却介质，被冷却介质
的出口温度通常高出15～20℃，所 以其应用受到了限制。 • 湿式空冷器——分为增湿型和喷淋型 增湿型（图6-9）:在空气入口处喷水（水不喷到翅片 管上），使水在增湿室内增发。空气相对湿度越小， 增湿效果越好。反之越差。在空气相对湿度较大的地 区，增湿空冷收益不显著。
• 干－湿联合空冷器——实际上 是增湿型和喷淋型联合使用。 空气先通过低温管束，在通过 高温管束，将低温管束的出风 作为高温管束的进风，对湿空 气二次利用。
特点： 占地面积小 投资省 运行费用低
