Clearly, this kind of lifestyle is harmful to maintaining our interpersonal relationships.

To begin with, our health can benefit enormously from the good habit of rising up early. As we all know, human beings need at least eight hours of sleep at night. And most scientists point out that the best time to go to bed is around 11 pm in order to achieve the best quality of sleep. Also, people who always get up early can not only enjoy fresh air but also have a regular breakfast, both of which contribute to our good health.
Undeniably, human activities have caused desertification in many areas of the world. Especially in those backward countries, trees are being cut down for the purpose of building houses. More seriously, the widespread development of intensive agriculture means that forests are cleared away in favor of crops. A good case in point is Northern China, where a lack of environmental awareness has lead to a number of ecologically destructive human activities and hence large-scale desertification.
