Summary of class notes
meaning of innocence
In the wco, someone said that why do Japanese youth pretend to be so innocent and after talking to various Japanese they are pretty dirty minded but they seem to hide all of it. And then I asked my friend who come from the USA. He said the meaning is that pretend to be good. But when translated into Chinese, I feel that among the three languages have a little different.
I think that in the wco, she or he want to say the Japanese pretend that they don't know anything to keep the innocent façade and compared to other cultures where people are very straight, Japanese people withhold various conversation topics. This is Japanese in the foreigners eyes. But in China, this words is meaning 无辜which has the completely different meaning.
Maybe between the languages have not perfect translation. Every language has its unique aspects. It is also for this, the culture is also varied in the world.
wco
After I came to Japan, I always feel that the life between Japan and China has a little different. Maybe I don't have the eyes which to find beauty in everyday life. I go to school and then go home every day which looks like the monotonous life.
But one thing I have to say is that the Japanese seem to say one's bad words especially the old woman. I hate it. Why do they like to do such a things. I know in many countries of the world, some people like to say one's bad words. But I feel that this phenomenon is particularly severe in Japan. A group of old women who have nothing to do all day, is it the only things they can do.
One another thing is that the Japanese make small things very well. Before I come to Japan, I heard of that the Japanese is very excellent in making small things. We have an old proverb is that there are detail things decide success or failure in China. After I come here I realized that these little things bring a lot of convenience to life in Japan. Anyway, compared with Tokyo, I think that Nagoya is the city for life. I hope that I will have a good time in Japan when studying here.
The Social Hierarchy System In Japan
In my university of China, my teacher told me that the social hierarchy system in Japan is very seriously especially in the company. And in my classes, I also saw many
articles about Japan. But I do not really understand the seriousness of it.
1 The origin of the rating system
Rating system is a rule that worked out by the ruling class to protect the interests which solid like the tower. And the Japanese people who are used to the rating system to live and according to the requirement to complete the obligations.
Someone completed Japan to a large factory, every classes of people repeat the same work everyday and do it step by step. But me, competed Japan to a piece of precision watch. All the classes of people do his work according to the steps and making them achieve their aim with solidarity. This can be said that the advantages of the rating system.
2 The national character of Japanese
The national character of Japanese has a deeply relationship with the rating system. Under the rating system, the Japanese are trained with regularity. They are loyalty, diligence and highly responsible. It can be said that the rating system made them form these features. At the same time, the Japanese people become so cautious that they do not dare to take risk to do things. As is known to all, the Japanese people have heavy pressure in this society with rating system. The people who can not bear the pressure maybe very difficult to live so that they choose the extremely way, which brings negative effects to Japan society.
3 The experience of myself
After I came to Japan, I feel the rating system deeply, especially in the company.
1. You must start your work from the most basic thing after you enter the company.
2. Regardless of age, according to the time which he or she accesses to the company.
3. Even if do not do something wrong by yourself, when you are scolded you can not say any words. And you must acknowledge that you did it.
There are really many unfair things in the world.。
