液压连接-五种管接头系统目前有五种管接头系统通常用於液压连接，这五种管接头系统按地理位置或按国家划分为：北美标准NPTF说明：这是一种乾密封螺纹；是用於输送燃油的国内锥管螺纹，既可用於外螺纹端接头，也可用於内螺纹端接头。
NPTF 外螺纹可与NPTF、NPSF或NPSM内螺纹配合。

JIC37°锥角内螺纹接头说明：37°锥角（JIC）汽车工程师协会（SAE）规定37°锥角或锥座可用於高压液压管路。
这类管接头通常称为JIC管接头。
JIC外螺纹是直纹只能和JIC内螺纹配合，JIC外螺纹是直螺纹，并具有37°锥座面，JIC内螺纹也是直螺纹，并具有37°锥座面。
其密封在37°锥座面处形成，某些尺寸的螺纹与SAE45°锥角螺纹相同，应仔细测量锥角以进行区分。
SAE 45°锥角外螺纹接头说明：SAE（45°锥角）这是用於具有45°锥角或锥座的管接头的术语。
软铜管通常采用这种接头，因为该材料易於加工成45°角。
这种管接头适用於低压应用场合-例如用於燃油管路和制冷管路。
SAE 45°锥角外螺纹只能和SAE 45°锥角内螺纹配合。
SAE外螺纹是直螺纹并具有45°锥座面。

O形圏法兰－SAE J518说明：SAE J518SAE 61型和62型四螺栓分离式法兰通常在世界范围内广泛应用於连接泵与马达。
此处有三种例外情况；1. 倍乘系数-10，不是SAE标准尺寸，但在北美以外地区却应用很普遍2. 卡特彼勒式法兰，具有一个较厚的法兰头（表中尺寸＂C＂），其外径与SAE 62型法兰外径一样大。
3. Poclain法兰，其与SAE法兰根本不同。

其密封在压套与外螺纹接头的24°锥座之间、压套与内螺纹接头的内管之间形成。
英国标准SAE倒锥面接头认为所有国外螺纹均为公制的，这是一个误解。

当使用锥座角量规测量锥角时，应使用30°锥角量规。

）DIN 3852，A型和B型管接头（直螺纹）说明：DIN3852 A型和B型外螺纹管接头可以与下图所示的DIN内螺纹管接头配合。
A型和B型外螺纹及内螺纹管接头均为直螺纹。
图1是指公制直螺纹，而图2是指惠氏标准直螺纹。
当密封圏（A型）或密封面（B型）与内螺纹端口的密封面配合时形成密封。
DIN3852 A型和B型管接头有两种类型；轻型（L）系列和重型（S）系列。
DIN 3852 C型公制和惠氏标准锥螺纹接头说明：DIN 3852 C型管接头既可以是公制螺纹﹐也可以是惠氏英制螺纹。
外螺纹只能与图示的内螺纹配合。
内、外管接头均为锥螺纹。
表1是指公制锥螺纹﹐而表2是指惠氏标准锥螺纹。
密封在螺纹处形成。
DIN 3852 C型管接头有三种系列：超轻型系列(LL)，轻型系列(L)和重型系列(S)。
公制压套式管接头总成说明﹕公制压套式管头总成由连接在外接头上的三个部件组成。
这三个部件分别是：管芯﹐压套和公制螺母。
螺母装配在管芯上﹐然後再装配压套(见图) 。
DIN轻型系列总成使用DIN轻型系列公制螺母﹐而DIN重型系列总成使用DIN重型系列公制螺母。
压套和管芯根据所需的内管外径选择。
日本标准在日本有两种比较常用的管接头1.所有的小松设备均采用带有30°锥座和公制细牙螺纹的管接头。
所有的法兰均为61型或62型法兰（-10*除外）。
2.其他大部分日本设备采用带有30°锥座和英制标准直管螺纹的管接头，通常称为JIS（日本工业标准）管接头。
这些管接头与英制管接头不可互换，因其锥面方向相反。

日本30°锥角直螺纹说明：日本30°锥角外螺纹接头只能与日本30°锥角内螺纹配合。

日本30°锥角接头上的螺纹符合JIS B 0202标准，其与BSPP螺纹相同。
英国和日本接头均带有30°锥座，但二者不可互换，因英国接头锥座与日本接头锥座方向相反。
日本30°锥管螺纹说明：日本锥管螺纹接头与BSPT（锥螺纹）接头完全相同，并完全可以互换。
因日本接头没有30°锥角，故不能与BSPP内螺纹相配合。
这种螺纹符合JIS B 0203标准，与BSPT螺纹相同。
日本锥管螺纹接头的密封在螺纹处形成。
小松型30°锥角直螺纹说明：小松型30°锥角直螺纹接头与日本30°锥角直螺纹接头除了在螺纹方面有所差别外，其它方面完全相同。
小松型接头采用公制细牙螺纹，该螺纹符合JIS B 0207标准。
小松型接头在其30°锥角处密封。
小松型法兰接头说明：小松型法兰接头与SAE 61型法兰接头近似，并完全可以互换。
各种规格法兰的O形圏尺寸不相同。
当使用SAE型法兰更换小松型法兰时，一定要使用SAE型O形圏。
