液压连接-五种管接头系统目前有五种管接头系统通常用於液压连接,这五种管接头系统按地理位置或按国家划分为:北美标准NPTF说明:这是一种乾密封螺纹;是用於输送燃油的国内锥管螺纹,既可用於外螺纹端接头,也可用於内螺纹端接头。

JIC外螺纹是直纹只能和JIC内螺纹配合,JIC外螺纹是直螺纹,并具有37°锥座面,JIC内螺纹也是直螺纹,并具有37°锥座面。
其密封在37°锥座面处形成,某些尺寸的螺纹与SAE45°锥角螺纹相同,应仔细测量锥角以进行区分。
SAE 45°锥角外螺纹接头说明:SAE(45°锥角)这是用於具有45°锥角或锥座的管接头的术语。
软铜管通常采用这种接头,因为该材料易於加工成45°角。
这种管接头适用於低压应用场合-例如用於燃油管路和制冷管路。
SAE 45°锥角外螺纹只能和SAE 45°锥角内螺纹配合。

)DIN 3852,A型和B型管接头(直螺纹)说明:DIN3852 A型和B型外螺纹管接头可以与下图所示的DIN内螺纹管接头配合。
A型和B型外螺纹及内螺纹管接头均为直螺纹。
图1是指公制直螺纹,而图2是指惠氏标准直螺纹。
当密封圏(A型)或密封面(B型)与内螺纹端口的密封面配合时形成密封。
DIN3852 A型和B型管接头有两种类型;轻型(L)系列和重型(S)系列。
DIN 3852 C型公制和惠氏标准锥螺纹接头说明:DIN 3852 C型管接头既可以是公制螺纹﹐也可以是惠氏英制螺纹。
外螺纹只能与图示的内螺纹配合。

DIN 3852 C型管接头有三种系列:超轻型系列(LL),轻型系列(L)和重型系列(S)。
公制压套式管接头总成说明﹕公制压套式管头总成由连接在外接头上的三个部件组成。

2.其他大部分日本设备采用带有30°锥座和英制标准直管螺纹的管接头,通常称为JIS(日本工业标准)管接头。
这些管接头与英制管接头不可互换,因其锥面方向相反。

日本30°锥角直螺纹说明:日本30°锥角外螺纹接头只能与日本30°锥角内螺纹配合。

日本30°锥角接头上的螺纹符合JIS B 0202标准,其与BSPP螺纹相同。
