于滨海湾之上远望，玻璃覆盖的63层和70层大楼从一个雕塑般的基地上拔地而起，仿佛被风吹拂的帆。
起航?滨海湾最高处245米，鲜明地刻画出新加坡的新天际线的主要轮廓。
为提升新加坡作为全球“生活、工作和娱乐综合地域”目的地的领先地位，起航?滨海湾特别设计了1111套住宅——第一个引入住宅单元的滨海湾项目——以及餐馆、健身俱乐部、带有游泳池和网球场的屋顶康乐场地，以及停车设施。
为了在中央商务区的中心位置创建真正的全天候生活方式环境，有助于减少交通拥堵以及烟雾，起航?滨海湾沿海滨设计，可直达MRT（大规模快运系统）和停车设施。
此外，零售店、餐馆和工作环境也都近在咫尺。
精心的场地定位使65%的公寓都能欣赏到滨海湾，中央商务区的文化、娱乐及零售区域的全景。
六星级的顶层公寓更是能一览壮观的海景和远处的岛屿。

At 245 meters tall, the Sail @ Marina Bay prominently carves out the leading edge of Singapores emerging new skyline.Designed to advance Singapore’s leadership as a global Live Work Play destination, the Sail @ Marina Bay features 1,111 residencesthe first Marina Bay project to introduce residential unitsrestaurants, health clubs, recreation decks with pools and tennis courts and car-park facilities. To create a true 24/7 lifestyle environment in the heart of the Central Business District (CBD), and to help reduce traffic, congestion and smog, the Sail @ Marina Bay is designed to directly access the MRT and park amenities along the waterfront.
