This strategic business plan has been developed to assist the organization to determine it'sfuture goals and the means by which it can achieve those goals. It is a map that can be usedto see which path the business should follow to achieve its’ objectives in an efficient andeffective manner.-企业战略计划详细说明了企业存在的原因、内外部生存环境、目前的位置、市场目标、实现目标时可能遇到的障碍、以及如何运用资源与策略来实现目标。
