Low Temperature (Operational) Test1 PurposeTo evaluate the reliability of the product under the condition of low temperature.2 ScopeApplying to Fujitsu’s sound box for puter that made by Fujikon.3 Test EquipmentRefrigerator、noise generator4 Test Process4.1 Environment condition: temperature:15～30℃,RH:35～80%.4.2 Sample 1 (or more) pair of qualified product without package.4.3 Put the sample (operational) in the refrigerator (temperature:0℃) for 8 hours, after 8 hours, take out thesample and expose it to ambient environment condition for 1 hour.4.4 After test, check the appearance and function of the sample.5 Quality Requirement5.1 After test, the appearance and function of the sample shall be normal.5.2 The variation of the sensitivity shall be less than 3dB before and after test.6 Reference Document《Fujitsu Reliability Test Item》Customer file7 Record Keep Time《RTC Test Report》750PR002 3years三. High Temperature & High Humidity (Operational) Test1 PurposeTo evaluate the reliability of the product under the condition of high temperature& high humidity, and determine the cushion affect the surface or not (if the product have cushion on the surface).2 ScopeApplying to Fujitsu’s sound box for puter that made by Fujikon.3 Test EquipmentProgrammable temperature & humidity test chamber、noise generator.4 Test Process4.1 Environment condition: temperature:15～30℃,RH:35～80%.4.2 Sample 1 (or more) pair of qualified product without package.4.3 Put the sample (operational) in the programmable temperature & humidity test chamber(temperature:60℃, RH:90%) for 48 hours, after 48 hours, take out the sample and expose it to ambient environment condition for 1 hour.4.4 After test, check the appearance and function of the sample.5 Quality Requirement5.1 After test, the appearance and function of the sample shall be normal.5.2 The variation of the sensitivity shall be less than 3dB before and after test.5.3 After test, the cushion on the surface of the sample shall have no break off etc (if the product havecushion on the surface).6 Reference Document《Fujitsu Reliability Test Item》Customer file7 Record Keep Time《RTC Test Report》750PR002 3years四. Carton Withstand Pressure TestRefer to the WI/750/005《Carton Withstand Pressure Test》,the difference is the duration is 48 hours.八. Thermal Shock Test (Surface)1 PurposeTo evaluate the reliability of the product’s surface under the condition of thermal shock.2 ScopeApplying to Fujitsu’s sound box for puter that mad e by Fujikon.3 Test EquipmentProgrammable temperature & humidity test chamber、hard adhesive card.4 Test Process4.1 Environment condition: temperature:15～30℃,RH:35～80%.4.2 Sample 1 (or more) pair of qualified product without package.4.3 Stick the hard adhesive card on the surface of the sample, then put it in the programmable temperature& humidity test chamber as below: 80ºC:1h→30ºC:1h→20ºC:1h→30ºC:1h(8cycles).4.4 After test, check the surface of the sample.5 Quality RequirementAfter test, the surface shall have no any mangle、broken or desquamate etc(the hard adhesive card shall be adhesive, and the oil of the sample’s surface shall have no break off) .6 Reference Document《Fujitsu Reliability Test Item》Customer file7 Record Keep Time《RTC Test Report》750PR002 3years九. Grid Cutting TestRefer to the WI/750/060《Grid Cutting Test》,the transparent adhesive paper is provided by customer.十. Withstand Hands Cream Test (For the coat on base)1 PurposeTo ensure the hands cream is no damage to the coat on the base.2 ScopeApplying to Fujitsu’s sound box for puter that made by Fujikon.3 Test EquipmentHands cream (ordinary hands cream/medical hands cream)、gauze、programmable temperature and humidity chamber4 Test Process4.1 Environment condition: temperature:15～30℃,RH:35～80%.4.2 Sample 2pairs of qualified product without package.4.3 Daub the ATLIX soap made by Flower king (medical / ordinary) on the coat respectively.4.4 Encase the coat surface with the gauze and put them in the programmable temperature and humiditychamber (temperature:40℃,humidity:80%) for 120 hours.4.5 After 120 hours, take out the samples and check the coat on the base.5 Quality RequirementThe coat shall have no plastic material can be seen、pinhole、broken and desquamate etc.6 Reference Document《Fujitsu Reliability Test Item》Customer file7 Record Keep Time《RTC Test Report》750PR002 3years Remark: If the parameter of the model is different from this WI, please judge it in the parameter of the customer document about the model.。
