If there unfavorable condition, please contact with our corporate business sector.2.2 安装环境的要求和管理2.2 Requirements and Management of Installation Environment 2.2.1 安装现场2.2.1 Installation Field安装变频器的地点应满足通风散热和操作的要求。
变频器背面离墙的距离不小于600mm，正面离墙的距离不小于1.5米。
变频器顶部（从风机顶部算起）到屋顶的距离不小于500mm。
The site of installing drive should satisfy the requirements of ventilation, heat dispersion and operation. The distance between back face of drive and wall should not be less than 600mm, the distance between front face of drive and wall should not be less than 1.5m. The distance between top of drive (calculated from the top of fan) and ceiling should not be less than 500mm.2.2.2环境标准2.2.2 Environment Standard变频器安装在电气室内，工作环境温度为0～40o C。
由于工作中变频器将散发出大量热量（约电动机每100KW散发出3.5KW热量），电气室要配备通风或空调装置。
Drive is installed in electric room with operation environment temperature 0～40o C. Because the drive will give off much heat (approximately, motor gives off 3.5kw heat per 100KW during) operation, electric room should be equipped with ventilation or air-conditioning device.环境湿度最高为相对湿度90%，要避免凝露，例如在潮湿季节，特别是当变频器不工作时，不要将室内温度降得太低。
The maximum environment humidity is relative humidity 90%; condensation should be avoided, for example in damp season, especially when drive does not work, does not lower the temperature to much.安装高度应小于或等于海拔1000米，若超过1000米应降容使用，请咨询本公司。
The installation height should be less than or equal to 1000m, when exceeding 1000m, reduce capacity for use, please consult with our company.安装地点应无明显的振动，室内仅允许有少量干燥、非导电尘埃，不得有过量灰尘、腐蚀或爆炸性气体或导电尘埃。
The installation site should not have obvious vibration, only little dry and non-conducting dust is allowed in room, there should be no too much dust, corrosion or explosion gas or conducting dust.2.2.3防范措施2.2.3 Safeguard Measures安装作业时，请将变频器盖上防尘罩，防止钻孔等产生的金属碎片落入变频器内部，安装结束后，请撤去防尘罩。
When installation operation, please cover dust shield on drive, prevent mental fragments produced by drilling from dropping into inside of drive, after finishing installation, please remove dust shield.各电气柜底部四角都有地脚螺钉孔，可用来固定柜体。
There are screw down bolt holes at four corners of every electric cabinet, which are used to fix cabinet body.如果地面不平整，变频器柜外壳可能发生变形，由于柜跨距较大，可能导致门发生错位，甚至无法正常开关。
If the floor is not level, distortion of drive cabinet shell may emerge, because the span of cabinet is great, which may cause malposition of door, and the door can not be opened or closed normally.2.3 施工安装方案2.3 Construction and Installation Scheme2.3.1 设备的安装尺寸2.3.1 Installation Dimension of Equipment变频器的外形尺寸由本公司提供，如下图所示：The appearance dimension of the drive provided by our company follows as below figure:图2-1Fig2-1A、控制柜Control CabinetB、功率柜Power CabinetC、变压器柜Transformer CabinetD、旁路柜Bypass Cabinet变频器设备安装时，考虑通风散热及操作空间的需要，整套装置背面离墙距离不得小于1000mm，装置顶部与屋顶空间距离不得小于1000 mm，装置正面离墙距离不得小于1500 mm。
When installing drive equipment, please take the demand of ventilation, heat dispersion and operation space, the distance between back face of the whole device and wall should not be less than 600mm, the distance between top of device and ceiling should not be less than 500mm, the distance between front face of device and wall should not be less than 1.5m.所有柜体应牢固安装于基座之上，并和厂房大地可靠连接。
变压器屏蔽层及接地端子PE也应接至厂房大地。
各柜体之间应相互连接成为一个整体。
All cabinets should be installed on base fast and connected with workshop ground reliably. The shield layer of drive and grounding terminal should be connected to workshop ground. All cabinets should be connected with each others and into a whole.安装过程中，要防止变频器受到撞击和震动，所有柜体不得倒置，倾斜角度不得超过30°。
During process of installation, prevent the drive from knocking and shaking, all cabinets can not be placed with bottom up and angle of inclination should not be mo re than 30°.2.3.2安装电缆2.3.2 Installation Cable电气安装主要包括柜体到现场的输入输出高压电缆、柜体之间的连接线、柜体和现场的控制及信号线的配线。
The electric installation mainly includes high-voltage cable from cabinet to field, connecting line and wiring of cabinet, on-site control and signal line.●定子电源电缆●Stator Power Cable调速电机主绕组电缆，该电缆的一端接至旁路柜，另一端接至调速电机定子绕组端。
其电缆的规格详见安装施工示意图。
One end of speed-regulation motor main winding cable is connected to bypass cabinet; the other end is connected to stator winding terminal of speed-regulation motor. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable.●高压电源电缆●High-voltage Power Cable高压进线电缆，该电缆的一端接至旁路柜，另一端接至高压配电室中的高压操作柜。
