39Numbers of additional clauses, covering special provisions, if agreed 附加条款数 It is mutually agreed between the party mentioned in Box 2 (hereinafter called "the Tugowner") and the party mentioned in Box 3 (hereinafter called "the Hirer") that
the Tugowner shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement which consists of PART I including additional clauses, if any agreed and stated in Box 39, and PART II, use his best endeavors to perform the towage or other service(s) as set out herein. In the event of a conflict of terms and conditions, the provisions of PART I and any additional clauses, if agreed, shall prevail over those of PART II to the extent of such conflict but no further and the English printing Clause shall prevail over the Chinese printing Clauses in this Agreement. 由第2栏中所指定的一方（下称拖轮船东）和第3栏中指定的一方（下称租船人）双方商定，拖轮船东应根据由第一
部分及经过商定并载在第39栏中的附加条款和第二部分所组成的本合同条款和条件，尽最大努力完成本合同所规定的拖航和其他服务。一旦条款和条件之间互有抵触，则
第一部分的条款及经过商定的附加条件应优先于第二部分条款，但仅限于该抵触部分，
