8 LAYTIME : NOR TO BE TENDER UPON VSLS ARRIVAL AT L/D PORT,LAYTIME TO
COMMENCE W/I 12RUNNING HOURS AFTER TENDERING OF NOTICE OF READINESS UNLESS LOADING/DISCHARGING IS SOONER COMMENCED. IN WHICH CASE ACTUAL TIME USED SHALL BE COUNTED AS LAYTIME.
装卸起算时间:船舶抵装/卸港,递交船舶准备就绪通知书12小时后起算装卸时间,或者以实际装卸时货开始时间起算,以早者为准.
9 FREIGHT : USD PMT FIOST BSS 1/1
运费:运费是美圆元每吨, 一装一卸,船东不负责装/卸费用及平舱,理舱费用。.
10DEM/DES:USD11000 PD PR/DHD WTS AT BENDS. IN CASE CGO DOCUS NOT BE OF READINESS WHEN VSL ARRIVAL AT BENDS, DES /DEM IF ANY TO BE SETTLED WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF DISCHARGING.
滞期速遣费:滞期费11000美金每天,速谴费是滞期费的一半。
船舶抵达装/卸港后,速谴费/滞期需在航次结束后10天内结清.
11 PAYMENT: FULL FREIGHT 20 PCT TO BE PAID TO OWNERS NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 5(Five) BANKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF LOADING.
运费支付:20%运费必须在船舶装船完毕后5个银行工作日内将运费付到船东指定账上。
BALANCE 80% WILL BE PAID WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF DISCHARGING, OWNER SIGNING AND RELEASING O.B/L AGAINST CHTR’S FRT REMITTING BANK SLIP.
在卸货完毕的14天之内支付余下的80%,船东凭租家运费支付银行水单签放提单.
12 FREIGHT IS DEEMED TO BE EARNED ON COMPLETION OF LOADING AND SHALL BE DISCOUNTLESS AND NON-RETURNABLE WHETHER SHIP AND/OR CARGO LOST OR NOT.
运费视作装船结束后即已赚取,无论船舶灭失与否,不得抵扣,不得返回。
13 OWS TO GUARANTEE VSLS GEAR, GRABS ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS AS PER MENTIONED ON THE PARTICULARS OF VSLS. IF VSL'S CRANE/GRABS IS OUT OF ORDER THEN TIME NOT TO BE COUNTED AS LAYTIME PER CRANES PRORATA.
船东保证船吊及抓斗处于船舶规范规定描述的良好的的工作状态.如果船吊及抓斗不能正常工作,按比例扣减装卸时间。
14 OWS AGENT BENDS.
装卸港代理船东指定。
15. N.O.R. TO BE TENDERED UPON VSLS ARRIVAL AT BOTH ENDS, WHETHER IN BERTH OR NOT, WHETHER IN PORT OR NOT, WHETHER FREE PRATIQUE OR NOT, WHETHER CUSTOM CLEARANCE OR NOT.
在船舶到达装卸港时,无论在是否靠泊,无论是否在港,无论是否清关,无论是否入港许可,准备就绪通知书在抵港后递交,不受任何时间限制.
16 CONGEN BS/L TO BE USED, CARGO QTY ON BS/L TO BE DETERMINED BY SHIPPERS DRAFT SURVEY JOINTLY WITH MASTER AT LOADING PORT.
使用金康提单,提单上的货物数量按照发货人及船长的联合水尺检验确定。
17 OVERAGE PREMIUM FOR OWNERS ACCT.
如果有船舶超龄保险,船东支付。
18 OWS / MASTER WILL GIVE ETA NOTICE5/3/2/1 AND 6 HRS BOTH ENDS.
船东或船长必须给予船舶预计抵达的5/3/2/1天及6小时的到港通知。
