发热元件采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢无缝管作保护套管,0Cr27A17MO高温电阻合金丝、结晶氧化镁粉,2经压缩工艺成型,使电加热元件的使用寿命得以保证。
控制部分采用先进的数字电路、集成电路触发器、高反压可控硅等组成可调测温、恒温系统,保证了电加热器的正常运行。
DRK electric air heater, the new type heating equipment special for coal-fired power plant ash collection system, is successfully made by our company recent years. This equipment consists of electric air heater and control system. Heating unit adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti seamless steel tube as thehigh protective case. After compression craft formation, 0Cr27A17MO2 temperature resistance alloy wire and crystal magnesia powder could make sure the life of electric heating element. Control part uses advanced digital circuit, IC trigger and high counter voltage SCR to compose adjustable thermometer and thermostat system, which insure the normal working of heater.该产品适用于电站空气输送斜槽气化风加热,电除尘器灰斗气化风和贮灰库气化风加热等方面。

筒体内安装了导流隔板能使空气在流通时受热均匀。
The electric air heater consists of multi tubular heating element, drum, flow deflector and etc. Put the high-temperature resistance wire in the metal tube and tightly fill in the void with crystal magnesia powder, which has the high insulating property and high-thermal conductivity. The tubular heating element is a heating unit with the characteristics of advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, high mechanical strength, corrosion-resistant and wear resistance. Flow deflector, installed in the drum, could make the air uniform heated when circulating.2.控制工作原理 Control principle数显温度控制柜采用数显温度调节仪,集成电路触发器,大功率可控硅和测温元件组成测量、调节、控制回路,在电加热过程中测温元件将空气电加热器出口温度电信号送至数显温度调节仪进行放大、比较后显示测量温度值,同时输出0~10V电压信号到可控硅触发组件的输入端,控制输出脉冲相位,从而控制可控硅导通角度大小,使控制柜有良好的控制精度和调节特性。
利用联锁装置可远距离启动、关闭空气电加热器。
Digital display temperature cabinet uses digital display temperature regulator, IC trigger, high power SCR and temperature element to compose the measuring loop, regulating loop and control loop. Temperature element sends the outlet temperature electrical signal of electric air heater to the digital display temperature regulator, which could indicate temperature value after amplification and comparison. Meanwhile, the digital display temperature regulator outputs the 0~10V voltage signal to incoming end of SCR trigger assembly, in order to control outlet impulse phase. Consequently, making control box being more controllable through control thyristor operating angle,四、安装与使用 Setup and use控制柜应安装在干燥通风、便于操作的地方。
空气电加热器外壳、控制柜外壳应可靠接地、空气电加热器应水平安装,底座螺母要拧紧使其稳固。
本体与外接管道安装时,应注意进出口方向。
安装测温元件时,应区别“+”“-”端接入控制柜接线端子的“+”“-”对应处。
加热器在使用前应测量电源接入端子与金属外壳的冷态绝缘电阻不得低于2M Ω,使用环境相对湿度不大于85%。
电源线的出、入端应牢固可靠,不得松动。
使用前首先检查电源线、测温元件输出联线是否正确,控制柜元器件、螺丝是否松动损坏,如有异常及时拧紧或更换,确认无误后可通电试车。
Cabinet should be installed in the dry ration and handy place. Shell of electric air heater and cabinet could with the connection to the earth. Electric air heater should adopt horizontal installation. Make the base nuts tighten in order to fix heater.1.合上空气开关(QS),电源指示灯亮,数显表控制灯亮并显示所测温度指示值。
Open QS air switch, power indicator light illuminates digital display control light illuminates and indicates the temperature value.2.温度的设定temperature setting:1).温度控制仪面板示意图diagram of temperature regulator panel:显示器indicator;XMT数显温度调节仪:XMT digital display temperature regulator;设定电位器:set potentiometer;指示灯:indicator light;切换开关:switch2).温度预置方法 Temperature initialization:将“切换开关K”拨向右边“控制”,旋转“设定电位器W1”,当顺时针旋转时,温度设定值T设增大,反之减小。
温度预置完毕,再将“切换开关K”拨至中间“测温”,此时显示测温值,即T实。
当T实<T设时,控制指示灯亮,当T实>T设时,指示灯灭。
Move K switch to right “control ” position and spin set potentiometer W 1, when clockwise rotation, temperature setting value T set would grow,otherwise would reduce. After temperature initialization, moving K switch to “thermometer ” position, at this moment indicates the thermometer value T actual.When T actual <T set , control indicator light illuminates, otherwise controlindicator light off.3).报警设定方法 alarm setting :将“切换开关K ”拨向左边“报警”,旋转“设定电位W 2”,当数值达到T设预置完毕,再将K 拨至中间“测温处”。
