它对小学生的学习产生了消极的影响,也成为小学生学习的“顽疾”,还是导致小学生出现各种心理问题的主要原因。
学习障碍泛指智力正常的孩子在说、写、读、算的过程中,能力的获得与运用上所产生的困难。
造成小学生学习障碍的因素很多,包括家庭因素、学校因素、以及学生自身的认知因素、情感因素和学习适应性因素等众多非智力因素。
对于有学习障碍的学生教师不应一味的批评或放任自流,要用爱心去感化他们,帮助他们树立起学习的自信心。
引导其正确归因。
给他们选择学习的机会,鼓励学生接受挑战;帮助他们改进学习方法,循序渐进,使其养成良好的学习习惯,克服学习障碍。
让学习障碍生在教师爱的羽翼下,不断提高心理素质,健康快乐地成长。
现在的小学生是21世纪的主人,也是未来社会的建设者和参与者。
他们正处于长知识、长身体的关键时期。
然而,各种各样的不利因素阻碍着小学生的发展,学习障碍是其中的因素之一。
由于它是阻碍学习进步的消极因素,也是学生学习的“顽疾”,还是导致学生出现各种异常心理问题的因素。
因此,这一“顽疾”如不及时地进行分析及矫正,一方面必将导致他们学业不良,失去学习信心,甚至有的放弃学业或辍学;另一方面还将直接影响小学生的继续学习及成年后的生活,使其在社会竞争中丧失发展优势。
从而来看,小学生学习障碍是一个相当复杂的问题,也是直接影响教育质量的重大问题。
因此,为了让小学生将来和谐发展,我们必须对小学生学习障碍进行科学、及时、有效的分析及其矫正。
本论文分别从造成小学生学习障碍的家庭因素,学校教育因素,自身因素等方面的影响进行探讨,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。

Therefore, in order to let the students future harmonious development, we must on learning disorder children scientific, timely, effective analysis and correction.
