A conference presentation is a specialized form of communication, an opportunity to showcase your study and research findings, propagate an idea, outline a plan or project, or explain a problem and the recommended solution.

rehearse your speech stay in time constraints quality speaking (i.e. speaking slowly, clearly, and with enough volume) talk to the audience instead of reading use visual aids: overheads, slides, or handouts make major points (don’t overwhelm your audience with too much information)
