如何克服公众演讲的焦虑
不要躲藏

除非你是Bono,Oprah或者是总统，在社交场合你都没理由在你说话之前就藏起来，抓住机会站到台上让人们都知道你是个有趣的人。
在你把一大群人变成你的听众之前，应当多与人交流。

如果你不是特别的有名，没人愿意看你在舞台上自我陶醉。
因此，请快些的走到舞台上。
尽可能的谦虚，甚至是用时间来表现出来。

有了，那么你(和你的听众)就是在互相看不惯。

这类说法完全是被人说过千万遍的开场白。
现在我们不必再用这些话，说点像：感谢你在这里听我说些你可能不是很赞同的话。
用这些话来做开场白，就是让你的听众在你开始讲话的10秒内就上网的最好方式。

不要使用太多的及时幻灯片

要是你在台上没使用小话筒，那么你潜意识里就是希望他们多看你讲的内容。
每张幻灯片上不要放太多内容，相反地，你应该选些容易理解的，另外好的视图还会帮你补充你的说话内容。

不要逐字逐句的读你所要教授的内容

在公众场合讲话是门艺术，应当多加练习。
边练边录，观看时记录下自己做的不够好的地方，再加以练习。
在台上时先打好腹稿，然后再按你自己的讲话方式讲出来。
讲话随心比先想后讲更轻松。
每个人都可以大声的读演讲不要成为那样的那个人。
要做那个能在公众面前有机会演讲好的那个人。
