（2）乙方正常工作基本月薪为元（人民币/美元/英镑），汇率以支付当日为准。
根据公司经营状况和乙方工作表现，乙方工资及奖金可另行调整。
（3）甲方按照中国有关规定对乙方所应承担的社会保险费用及个人所得税进行代扣代缴。
按照乙方工作所在地国家规定所应支付的相关税费由乙方自行承担。
第五条劳动合同的履行与变更article 5contract performance & alternation（1）甲方应按照约定为乙方提供适当的工作场所、劳动条件和工作岗位，并按时向乙方支付劳动报酬。
乙方应当认真履行自己的劳动职责，并亲自完成本合同约定的工作任务。
（2）甲、乙双方协商一致，可以变更本合同内容，并以书面的形式确定。

（2）经合同双方当事人协商一致，本合同可以解除。
（3）乙方应遵守中国政府的法律、法规及有关规定，乙方如违反上述规定，甲方有权即时解除合同；乙方因健康原因，经医生证明连续病休15工作日后仍不能继续工作，甲方有权提前终止合同。
(4) 乙方因归国或其他私人原因未正常出勤且超过十天且未向甲方做出书面说明的，本合同自动终止。
(5) 乙方被证明无法完成本合同项下的工作任务，甲方有权随时解除本合同。
