Rice pudding (zongzi)
A very popular food during the Dragon Boat festival is Zongzi. This tasty food consists of rice dumplings with meat, peanut, egg yolk, or other fillings wrapped in bamboo leaves. The tradition of Zongzi is meant to remind us of the village fishermen scattering rice across the water of the Mi Low river in order to appease the river dragons so that they would not devour Chu Yuan.
Today, I’d like to introduce some special foods which are made by flour（面粉）and some festive foods for you .

Moon cakes are celebrate for The Mid-autumn festival. The shape of moon cake is round. It is symbolizing the reunion. And it reflects the people's aspiration for family reunion.

Jiaozi also is a kind of traditional ancient pasta food which is getting of numerous Chinese people love. The people born in north will eat it during the spring festival.
