大气污染控制工程课程设计厦门理工学院环境工程系2015年1月某厂酸洗硫酸烟雾治理设施设计The Facility Design of X Company for Pickling Sulphuric Acid Gas Governance[摘要]大气污染已经成为了一个全球性的问题,大气污染已经直接影响到人们的身体健康,所以必须通过有效的措施进行治理,大气污染控制工程课程设计是配合大气污染控制工程专业课程而单独设立的设计性实践课程。
本次设计是对某厂酸洗硫酸烟雾治理设施进行设计。
其主要内容包括:集气罩的设计、填料塔的设计、管网的布置及阻力计算等。
本设计采用液体吸收法进行净化,即采用5%NaOH溶液在填料塔中吸收净化硫酸烟雾,经过净化后的气体达到大气污染物综合排放标准。
本次设计通过对酸洗硫酸烟雾治理净化,使我们能够初步掌握治理净化系统设计的基本方法,以及综合分析问题和解决实际问题的能力。
[Abstract]Atomsphere pollection has become a global issue.And efficient measures are urgengtly needed to govern the air pollution,as the air pollution has caused the direct impact on human health.
