Abstract: Secure, reliable and affordable energy supply raises global concern and become fundamental to the world’ s economic stability and development. The threat of disruptive climate change, erosion of energy security and growing energy demand from developing countries, all pose major challenges to us. This paper focuses on clean energy technologies, CO2 capture and storage (CCS), renewable technologies and energy saving policies.
