3. 安装和调试 安装过滤器以前请务必检查现场使用参数(温度、压力......),是否与过滤器的设计参数相符,即滤器铭牌上 的规格参数须与操作条件相符合,严禁超温和超压。同时确保过滤器的密封圈材质与滤器的使用对象(介质) 相适应。萨尔公司对选材(包括滤器、密封圈,过滤介质)不符合所引起的过滤器使用失效不负责任。 安装循环流程简图:
1.入口 2.出口 3.排气阀 4.排液阀 5.输送泵 6.循环路线 7.压力表 4. 安装 1、过滤器的安装应该按设备流向标记所示的流向进行安装。 2、过滤器的上下游,可根据工艺要求设置压差计或压力表,用来判断过滤器的堵塞情况,对于容易堵塞 的过滤器还需配置反吹清洗管道。 3、配管时应考虑永久性过滤器和临时性过滤器的安装和拆卸的方便。 4、对间断操作的过滤器,要在过滤器前后设置切断阀,以便清洗过滤器。 5、对连续操作的永久性过滤器,需要设置并联的两套过滤器,用切断阀控制使用哪个过滤器。 松开紧固螺栓,打开顶盖,将滤篮放置入过滤器(密封圈是预置于滤篮下的),密封圈必须检查有无 破损及贴合是否正确。密封圈损坏后,请及时更换!拧紧紧固螺栓,至此,过滤器已处于待机状态。 5.运行 经济而有效的过滤取决于诸多因素。较少的流量可改善过滤效率、停用时间和相应的过滤质量及总系 统的经济性。流量应尽量一致,输液泵应置于抽吸位置。运行中尽量避免中断输液或停机,以免堵塞。 上海萨尔过滤设备有限公司

1. General Instructions SAAR Strainer are carefully constructed and manufactured. They undergo stringent quality controls (according to ISO 9001) and are thus correspondingly safe to use. However, the Strainer may become a source of danger if not used or installed properly. The operator must evaluate the impact of Strainer failure on the environment within the framework of his own safety guidelines and decide whether additional measures are necessary to ensure operator safety. The Strainer must be operated in a safe manner. All general rules and regulations for safe operation and avoidance of injury must be followed. No work on a Strainer may be performed without first shutting it down completely and releasing the pressure. SAAR Strainer is to be serviced by authorized personnel only.

To open the Strainer loosen the nuts on the top, put the mesh basket into the housing. The basket should then be inserted making sure that it is centrally positioned so that the pressure from the lid will be evenly distributed when it is closed. Before closing the lid ensure that the sealing surfaces along with the gasket are clean and damage free. The filter is now ready for use after belocking of lid..
4. General Operating Instructions The speed of the flow of the material through the filter is a major factor in achieving good, yet economic filtering results. The goal, with a few exceptions, is to keep the speed of the throughput as low as possible. Low pressure on the filter enhances separation and increases the service life of the filter unit, thus reducing the operating cost of the whole system. At the same time the flow should be as even as possible, so that, for example, a centrifugal pump is a better choice as a feed pump than a piston-driven one which delivers unevenly. The specifications on the Strainer label must be checked against operating conditions. Do not exceed the listed operating pressure and temperature. Also make sure that the materials which are going to come into contact with the product are chemically suitable. This applies to the materials used for the Strainer, the gaskets and the filter media.
