環境條件與環境參數 (IEC 721)環境條件之分類n環境條件與環境參數(續)單一環境參數分類(六大類)n自然環境(Natural environments)自然環境主要是由於氣象、地形等因數所引起 的。
氣候環境溫度(高、低溫); 溫度變化(溫度循環、衝擊);濕度 (穩態、循環濕度); 大氣壓力(高、低壓及真空); 降 落物 (雨淋、雪、冰雹); 輻射; 等項目。
n機械環境機械衝擊(即非穩態振動),如自由落體、跌落、外物碰 撞;穩態振動(包括週期性的正弦振動及非週期性的隨機 振動)、音響(噪音)。
n誘發環境(Induced environments) 誘發環境則為系統與裝備在搬運、組裝及操作 時所引起的。
環境條件與環境參數(續)n環境效應分析環境效應分析在某種特定的應用場合下,環境對於產品 的影響有下列三種情形:1.周圍媒介的條件,通常為空氣或水。
2.與產品連接結構的條件,亦即產品載具。
3.來自外部根源或活動的影響。
電磁環境 電磁環境又可分為電場(包括靜態場和交流場)、靜電放電、閃 電雷擊;磁場(包括靜態場和交流場)、導線傳送干擾等。
生物環境 生物環境又可分為:具有生物作用的物質[包含植物(包含霉與 菌)]及動物。
具機械作用環境 包括砂、塵、及泥等具有機械作用的顆粒。
具化學作用環境 包含海水鹽霧、二氧化硫、硫氫化物、臭氧、有機碳化合物等具 化學作用的物質。
