如何提高社区内工作人员的素质，以解决社会问题保障社会稳定成为了一个重大问题。
社会工作在国外已经有一百多年的历史，而且确实能够帮助人们解决许多问题。
但是在我国开展的却并不顺利，不能真正的解决一些棘手问题，所以本文通过在社区内以开展早期教育的方式来扩大社会工作的影响，同时帮助人们解决孩子的成长问题。
目前社会工作还不为广大人们群众所熟知，而限于条件不足。
本文通过把社会工作与孩子教育结合起来的方式来增加社会工作在社会上的作用，这样一方面有利推广社会工作在社区内影响力，另一方面有助于改善社会工作者的尴尬地位。
同时还能很好地开展孩子教育，帮助社区内的家庭解决孩子无专业人士看管的情况，为社会分担负担。

而社区社会工作则是指在社区内利用专业的社会工作知识和技巧来帮助人们解决社区内的问题。
[1]早教是早期教育的简称，是指孩子在0-6岁这个阶段,根据孩子生理和心理发展的特点以及敏感期的发展特点,而进行有针对性的指导和培养,为孩子多元智能和健康人格的培养打下良好的基础。
[2]广义指从人出生到小学以前阶段的教育，狭义主要指上述阶段的早期学习。
一些国家出现提前开始学习读、写、算，提前开始正式教育的探讨和实验。
但另有人主张早期教育应重在发展智力。
