B.independence and objective 独立客观性（不受贿） ：

会员和考生不得提供、索要 或接受有损独立性与客观性的礼物、好处。
合理的礼物是可以的，但是过分的礼物以及会影响客观性的礼物不被允许。最好是什么也都 不要接受。
当我们引用其他信息的时候，最好自己确认信息，保存一份copy，如果用二手信息，可能 会使用到错误信息

当member为公司做了一个research，则research结果是归公司的；当member离职之 后，member不可以再使用这一个结果，但是公司可以publish，且not attribute to member

在使用第三方的数据的时候一般最好要进行verify

不得从事涉嫌欺骗、欺诈。尽管不是不合法的行为，但是影响了member的...则不行。eg： 喝太多酒，会影响member的判断正确性的能力，则是misconduct— violation。
e.issuer-paid research:
当这个公司雇佣analysts进行research，investors可能会把这个research当作是 independence analysts进行的
analysts在给出的research result里面应该明确的区分什么是facts什么是自己的 opinions，不可以误导investors
在接受礼物之前应该要给上司揭露，不行的话在接受之后也应该要揭露
一般要求管理member购买IPO的权利，在购买IPO之前要得到允许
当一个member对一个公司进行优良的评级，公众询问是否因为之前安排的旅行etc，则 member应该把之前公司帮忙给的费用付掉。最好在一开始进行旅行时候就要disclosure

当我们在发现了violation时寻找legal advice应该independence 的机构而不是公司自己内 部的比较好
当我们运作global时候，应该告知客户，disclosure这个funds到底符不符合客户国家的 laws
