Each stairway must finish evacuation in 180 seconds.* 指引疏散人员的职责Mission of the Evacuation Team1）内部防卫（义务消防）队在指引疏散时必须指引宾客从消防通道安全、迅速地进行疏散，并注意到当疏散指令发出时需注意的事项：The evacuation of defensive team (compulsory fire prevention team) must guide theguests to escape through the escape stairway in safe and expeditious manner and takenote of the following matters at the time the escape order is given.-根据指挥员的指令聚集到各通道或大堂并听从指挥员的疏散安排指令。
Follow the commander’s direction to the passage way or hall way and listen to directions concerning escape devices.-试着使宾客保持平静，使之有安全感，以便于不会引起大规模的骚动。
Try to keep the guests at ease and relieved, so as not to trigger mass hysteria.-应优先对年幼者和残疾人员进行疏散。
Priority for escape will be given to the aged children and handicapped persons.-阻止宾客在消防通道有奔跑、互相推挤现象的发生。
Keep the guests from running in the stairways and form pushing and pulling each other.-脱去后跟高的鞋。
Take off any footwear with high heels.-让客人携带一些防护设备，如防烟面罩。
Let the guests carry personnel devices such as a smoke mask.-组织疏散人员必须留意有无宾客需要得到帮助，当所有人员疏散后关闭所有消防通道门。
The evacuation team member must take a final check to see if any guests are in need of help, and escape after closing all the entrance doors.2）在一楼的组织疏散人员需集中各楼层疏散而下的宾客，并做好以下的核对事项：INTERNA L POLICIES A ND PROCEDURESThe evacuation team on the 1st fl. Assess the extent of injuries to guests.-听取宾客是否有一些特殊的要求，并把这些要求报至消控中心。
Listen to the guests and if there are any special circumstances, report them to Fire Control Room.-核对宾客登记表上的宾客与实际集合的宾客是否相符。
Check to see that all guests on the guest register are present.-对于急救病员请求急救治疗支援，并采取相应地疏散行动。
Apply first aid treatment to emergency patients and take proper actions for them to beevacuated.应优先考虑各负责人不在的情况。
在相关部门负责人缺席的情况下，助理或具体工作负责人将履行其职责。
Consider about the circumstances that the department heads not in. In case of absence of relevant Department Head, the assistant or person in charge will take over the responsibility automatically.*总经理*General Manager- 将移至安控中心。
Move to the Security Control Room.- 听取驻店经理对最近的紧急事件处置情况进行的汇报和疏散计划，由总经理决定是部分疏散还是整体进行疏散。
Listen to briefings by Resident Manager on situations concerning emergencydisposition and escape schedule, and determine a partial or complete escape.- 将安排内部防卫（义务消防）队工作安排，并给予相关的工作指令。
Direct the internal defensive team (compulsory fire prevention team) and issuenecessary instructions.- 与现场控制中心保持密切联系，并咨询了解紧急事件处置情况。
Consult on emergency disposition in close liaison with Command Control Center orthe accident locale.*副总经理*INTERNA L POLICIES A ND PROCEDURESDeputy General Manager- 将移至安控中心。
Move to the Security Control Room.- 联系政府机构（消防部门，公安部门），并与其商讨拯救方案。
Liaise with Government Agencies (fire station, police station) and discuss counter-measures with them.- 当总经理、驻店经理不在时，将代替其职责。
